Moon Dust is fine fractions of lunar soil found on the surface of the moon.

There is some evidence that Moon Dust has a tenacious layer of moving dust particles, constantly leaping up and falling back down to the Moons surface. Giving off the look of a dusty atmosphere that looks static but in reality is Moon Dust in constant motion.
